Default Recommend a 2.4 7ch radio

So I'm looking to get into 2.4 radios and want to find a good 7channel one for my xmas list. What ones would ya'll suggest? I saw the latest Futaba one, but it looks like the LCD screen is pretty small. Id like to find one that makes programming EASY.

the limitation of the dx7 is if you have two elevator servos you can't trim both with the trim while flying.

I have been looking at this one myself. Hobby People has it for $229 and free shipping and it comes with two receivers. Seems like a real bargain to me.

Yeah you get allot of radio and programming for not allot of laid out cash. My stuff is rock solid. Even crashed a plane totally destroyed it “The canopy blew off on high speed low pass, I swear it wasn’t me” Picked up the little receiver not a scratch on it. Installed it in another plane and didn’t even have to bind it again. Did range check ok and off I go not single problem. Rock solid little radio. Noisy Chinese ignitions don’t bother it. Noisy cheap Chinese digital metal gear servos don’t bother it.

I’m about to install in a composite extra 330L chucked full of noisy servos and carbon fiber from front to tail we will see how it handles that.

I like my dx7. The model match feature is very nice, also the selection of receivers from spectrum is good.
