Default JR/Futaba marriage help needed

Greetings all,

I need to set up a heli for a fellow in our club, and we will be using Futaba servos, with his JR receiver.

What do I need to do to get the plugs to fit, and properly oriented.

Thanks in advance,

Tim

Obviously you need to start by shaving off the tab on the Futaba plug. If you examine a JR plug you will see that all of the corners are not square but beveled on one side. I have always used a good sharp Xacto knive to make the mods as the plugs are semi soft plastic. Work slow and you can get them to fit pretty well.
