Default Using Heli 4 channel Transmitter (FM) with 4 channel Airplanes

Hello,

I have a 4 channel Transmitter (72Mhz) from Esky HoneyBee FixedPitch Heli.
Can I use it with 4 channel airplane ? (e.g with Wing Dragon 4 ARF or 3-ch Multiplex EasyStar ARF)

Which cheap Receiver to use with it ?

Thank You.
