Flight Pack
You're missing one ogf the most important parts.. the transmitter (box with twiddly sticks, an antenna, and an on/off switch)
You post is a little vague. I assume you have the airplane, and engine. You then need teh radio. Any radio 'package' usually comes with all that you've listed, plus the Transmitter (Tx). You'll also need a few tools, fuel, and some 'feild equipment'.
Flight packs are usaully the radio parts to finish off an aircraft, typically your second aircraft (or 3rd, 4th...). it is assumed that you've bought a radio 'package' when you bought your first airplane, so thetre is no need for a 2nd radio transmitter. this saves time & trouble from sharing the radio gear from one plane to another.
Once yu start flying, you'll ALWAYS find something else to purchace!

Flight Pack
personaly i would stay away from the 3** series of Hitec servos as there not that great.. i ordered the supreme flight pack from servocity that includes the 425s, which in my opinion much better quality servo for not much more
