Default transmitter help

i bought a used expert radio which is in excellent condition.can anyone tell me what the voltage is for the battery and what configuration and possibly where i might get a manual or download one. any info would help.also are they negative shift or positive.thanks.

I have two of those old radios and they use 9 cell batterys which would be 10.8 volts. I don't have any paperwork for these radios as I purchased them used[one at a swat meet].
