I've heard that some onboard glow drivers do not work with Futaba 2.4..................any suggestions?

I haven't heard about issues with onboard glow's and FASST, but I've been using SwitchGlo for about 2 years now, no issues at all.

I use C-Tronics onboard glow, going on 3 or 4 years now. Switch to Futaba 2.4 a couple of years ago without any problem.

Thanks for the replies...............I was looking at the RAM 50 which says you have to have a amplifier to work with Futaba 2.4?????????

I was told the EMS/Jomar will not work period.

O.K....................I just talked to Ralph at RAM (very helpful by the way) you did need a amplifier to work with 2.4, the trigger voltage is too low. The new units have the amplifier built in, if you purchase one without a amplifier,give them a call and they will send you one for free. Great customer service.
