DX6i Range

I own a dx6i, and was wondering what the maximum range was before I lost connection (I have new batteries and it would be on a full charge). Thanks for the help!

With good batteries and a clear signal to the receiver, you can fly out farther than you can see. If you use a Park Flyer type receiver, it will have much less range.

Would you consider the AR600 to be a good receiver for long range? If not, what spectrum receiver would you recommend?

Yes! That would be fine.
