Futaba 9C Super Display Screen Replacement
 

Hi Anybody,
I have a Futaba 9C Super that I am refurbishing and I wanted to replace the clear screen that sits on top of the LCD display. I got the replacement part from Futaba no problem (it is an adhesive backed clear plastic with the labels and printing you normally see - eg. like 9C Super PCM Computer Radio etc).

My question is: the old one is stuck on very well and is it just a matter of peeling that one up and sticking the new one down? Is there a trick to doing this or is that all there is to it?

Hopefully somebody has done this and can ease my pain before I mess up my radio.:eek:
