FrSky TFR6 question
 

Hey guys,

I am trying to help a friend of mine out here the best I can. He just recently purchased a used Futaba 10C (module ver.). Currently he has a 72mhz module in it, but wants to move over to 2.4.

The radio also came with the TM-10 Fasst Module I think. Question is how well do the FrSky TFR6 receivers work with Futaba? Are they designed for Park flyers, or do they have normal range???

He was trying to get the 617's from Tower since because of the price drop, but it don't look like they will have them anytime soon. We found the TFR6's on Value Hobby's site for around $26 and they are in stock.

I did a search on here trying to find some answer's and I found they will work, but never saw anything about the range they could handle.

I've been using the Fr sky receivers for over a year now, have 3 of the TFR6's. They are a full range receiver and they work just as good as my futaba 617's and 6208's.
