Aurora 9X
I have an Aurora 9X and the manual that came with it says that if you have a LiPo battery in it and attempt to charge it with the wall wart that is included with it, damage will occur. What damage would that be?
|
There is risk of shorting both the charger and the transmitter out, as well as overcharging the battery and causing a fire. The included charger is an NiMH charger that will charge the stock Tx battery at a low rate (overnight charger, essentially).
If you use a LiPo battery with your Aurora 9X then you need to remove the LiPo to charge it. |
If the transmitter has a Lipo. You have to remove it and charge it with a Lipo charger.
I'm just emphasizing the above warning!!!! |
