IPD or PCM with Gas planes?
I don't want to start another discussion on PPM/PCM/IPD (http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_15..._1/key_/tm.htm), but I'm looking for some experiences regarding IPD receivers and Gas planes. Planning to get a new EVO 12 for my new 35% Extra, but worried to quit the well-know (for me) Futaba PCM.

RE: IPD or PCM with Gas planes?
The IPD's are well proven and function without issue in the gasser environment.

We've used the Royal Evo IPD-12 RX and are presently beta testing the synthesized RX-12 SYNTH DS IPD in 40% aerobats...

I have a single conversion Multiplex IPD receiver that I have flown in a Weeks special powered with a G-45 for the last two years. Never a glitch. I use it with a Futaba 9C transmitter
