IPD receiver questions

Hello:
I know Tower sells the IPD 9, who else does?

Where do I buy crystals for the IPD 9?

Does multiplex not sell a channel 24?

How does the fail safe get set?

I will be using a JR 10X, any issues I should be aware of?

Programmming is done on the Rx, not on the Tx and is very simple.
