What settings do you need since you only have aileron, elevator, gas and rudder on a trainer.

As I understand, you have among other things dual/rates Hi and Lo that require a percentage setting. For a trainer what would you set for the low rate/hi rate. What about exponential settings

Don't botter changing the hi/low rates since that is mostly used when flying 3d, my airplane is a pain to land if I don't use 50% on the low rate. The expo rating is something that you use if you want it to be not so sensitive near the middle (use minus value) but try to learn to fly without it. After you know how to fly you can start play with expo.

So configure your plane with 100% on epa, d/r and expo after that you have learned you can change these values.
