Futaba 7C question

Does anybody know a way to reset the "hours" timer? I've got the stopwatch timer figured out, but can't seem to find a way to reset the other one. Is it a total time thing? Am I missing something?

basically at the main screen, press the menu down button til the total hours is flashing, then hold down the round dial for a few seconds.

I've seen people selling used ones on ebay stating that they are a "0 minute" radio - like that should matter.
