optic 6 battery life?
How long should this thing stay on after a full charge. Mine seems to burn through the battery relativly quickly while i am getting one of my planes ready to fly.

RE: optic 6 battery life?
Most transmitters still come with 600mah or so nicads I think. Pull the battery cover off and see if it says what kind they are. These standard batteries usually are good for at least half or more of a full days flying. If you want to go all day without even thinking about it, replace the standard pack with 1650 or so Nimh batteries. If your radio is still new, the batteries will get stronger after a couple of charge and use cycles.

RE: optic 6 battery life?
If you have a single channel module, your current draw is probably about 180 mah so a 700 mah battery should give you about 2 hours + some.

If you have the Spectra module, take an hour off that.

I have a 700 mah and a 2000 mah pack for each of my computer radios.
