Help w/ Servo Selection GP Super Stearman 1.20

Hi, I'm soon to be in the process of building the GP Super Stearman 1.20 ARF and I'd like to get my flight pack on order now.

Engine: Zenoah G-26

I've got a JR8103 radio and I'm thinking the JRR770 PCM receiver would be best for me, but as far as servos - I'm having trouble making up my mind.

I need to purchase (6) servos with 54 oz/in minimum torque + (1) std. servo for throttle.

I think something equal to the Futaba S3151 should be adequate, but JR's DS811 seem to have been getting a bad rap especially with servo extensions (which I need four of for my wings)

What would you guys recommend I buy?

Thanks for any help,

RE: Help w/ Servo Selection GP Super Stearman 1.20

Hi
Had my maiden flight with my new GP Super Stearman two days ago . I changed my mind three times on the choice of servos , AND configeration . I ended up using TWO JR 539's on the elevator halves {one on each half} A Hitec 625 on the rudder , which I changed to a pull/pull {all 4/40 Dubro} Two Hitec 645's in the wings . Metal gears AND 107 oz's Torque.
I opted for the two servo set-up so I could use the aileron connecting rod and maintain more scale looks .
The G-26 sounds like a good choice . Gets good reviews . I opted for a Moki 135 with Bisson muffler . Worst choice I could have made . Moki DOES NOT run inverted .Ended up starting with plane upside down .{Could be interesting with the wings on}
Changed engine to run on it's side , much happier now .
Every review I read on the Moki raved about the reliability !!!!!!
The first three landings were all dead stick . It just stops . Idle , half throttle , full throttle . Reckon I got the dud.
LUCKILY the Stearman is a predictable plane to fly.

Flies great , much more lively in the air than I expected .{While it lasted}

Can be a real hand full at take off and landing in a cross wind , just has a mind of it;s own . BE CAREFUL.

Not flying mine again until I sort out the engine problems .

If I had to rate the experience PLANE 4 out of five . VERY difficult to handle on the ground.
Engine 0 It is junk {I'll never buy another Moki} It's not even heavy enough to use as a boat anchor!!!!!!!!

You will enjoy the plane I'm sure . Happy flying

Brian
