List of decent throttle servos?

The next thing to replace in my RTR CRT 1/8th truggy is the throttle servo. It doesn't have enough oomph to crank the brakes for me.

I know I can pick up something good for ~$100, but I'd like to spend less, if possible. Does anyone have any good recommendations? I'd like to put together a list, perhaps we could make a sticky/faq if we get enough info so idiots like me will stop asking....

Thanks,
Raketemensch

RE: List of decent throttle servos?

In order to get a really realiable throttle servos for a Truggy it needs to be coreless. The new 985MG would be the least costly that Hitec offers. The 635 will work but you will burn them up more often due to the high power, lower cost 3 pole motor. Hitec has a 2-year warranty so most likely you can get it repaired for free but if you really want soemthing that will last, you need to pony up.

Mike.
