Universal servo plug - Best way to grip/unplug?

What is a good way to unplug smooth sided universal servo plugs from a receiver? I won't pull on the wire. Tweezers sounded good, but they slip.

Get the smallest size of needle-nosed pliers.

I like to use hemostats for that and other modeling tasks. They are thinner tips and have a much finer pressure gradient than pliers so you don't crush the plastic connector as easily.

You can get hemostats at some hobby/craft stores, some sporting goods stores (hemostats and needle holders are used to remove fish hooks) and maybe one of the best places is eBay auctions. They also come in a variety of sizes and shapes so I've probably got about a dozen of them around the "hangar" and in my field box... :D

Dave & Zeeb,
Looks like I was trying to make rocket science out of something simple. I have some small needle noses & hemostats. Both work well. Thanks.
