Futaba 7C question?
 

To pull off the back cover of my 7C there is a small plug at the top that is labeled 72 MHZ that has to be pulled out. Can anyone tell me what this is?

I'm guessing it covers the crystal. Access hole for changing in OTHER countries.

up on the top of your case ? that is the crystal . without it your transmitter will not transmit. This is what makes your transmitter transmit on spacific channels. but Living in The U.S.A. it is against the law to change channels unless done by a service center and the transmitter is retuned to the new crystal.
