Antenna routing...

I'm finishing my build on my H9 hellcat, and would rather not route the antenna on the outside of the fuse. Question, would I reduce the range of the RX if I route inside the fuse to the rear and maybe expose 2" at the rear? RX is a JR R700 and a XP 8303.... Thanks

G'day Mate,
I would suggest that it would be OK to run the RX aerial inside the Fuselage, provided you don't run it close to the switch, & the servos are under the wing & not in the tail.

Run it straight through the fuselage at the bottom, away from battery or servo wires. It'll be ok. I've done this on every plane I've owned since my first trainer.
