What are specifications for Airtronics 94151 & 94735?

I bought a couple Airtronics 94151 and 94735 servos at the swap meet. I would like to know the torque and speed for these. Thanks.

RE: What are specifications for Airtronics <span class=

I got it

Airtronics 198x catalog says

94151 PRO Hi Speed Ball Bearing Servo

dim 1.54" x 0.70" x 1.48" WT 1.87 oz Trq 75oz/in Spd 0.08 for 60 degree Dead Band 2.7 ms (micro seconds)
water resistance yes double ball bearing mtr coreless features Metal gear train uses all standar servo arms FET boosted.

I also have Airtronics 96701 regulator for the 94151/152 but I cannot get anyone (including Airtronics) to tell me what this is for
how it works or why they made them.

The 94151 servos are about the same performance as the old Hitech 605BB except you have a coreless motor allot faster transit time and waterless sealed cases. In affect you have a much higher quality servo than the 605BB but not as much torque as the lesser digitals that hitech makes.

Hope this helps

RE: What are specifications for Airtronics 94151 & 94735?

Gary,
Nothing on the 94156 specs, however the following are case and gear set part numbers:

94156 servo
Case part number 99484 ($12.95 2003 catalog)
Gear Set number 99491 (wow that gear set is $34.00, 2003 catalog )

it does not list any specific arm for the 94156 so it should take the standard arms.
The older catalogs do list a 94157 servo as a high torque car servo with metal gears and
about 95 in/oz of torque. Yours may be a lower version at less torque and transit time. Or your servo may not be coreless as the specs for the 94157 show its already a fast servo at .06 secs for 60 degree rotation. Better check the Yahoo group and ask Jack Albrecht.

Later.

Can anyone give me some info about the 94735 servos. I have chance to pick up 7 of them used for a good price but don't know anything about them.

The Airtronics #94735 servos are dual ball bearing, coreless, weigh1.8 oz, have 75oz inch torque, .08 sec speed. They were sold in the early 1990,s at approx 100.00 Cdn each. If you can get them in good shape, grab them. I also believe they are metal geared.
