How much torque for a 120 sized plane?

Guys,
I'm about to purchase a 120 (two stroke) sized plane. Maybe an Edge, Cap232, or Giles.
I would like to know if using Hitec 475HB servos with 61oz of torque @4.8V would be enough? Or I could use 6.0V to get 76oz of torque out of them.
What do these planes generally require as far as torque goes? Thanks fellas.

Paull,
It really depends upon the plane, control surface size, etc. I'd really recommend you ask the kit's manufacturer to be sure.

Given your talking aerobats, I would generally like to see at least 75 in oz on the tail; the ailerons can be lower torque in the 50-60 range, and throttle of course can be less still.
