Tx and lipo 11.1

are the use with lipo 3s damage the TX(2.4ghz and 72mhz) in the long run?

Done right -no- but why bother - there are new rechargable low shelf life/ low loss NIMH- cheap - just have packs made from them.
It is easy to screw up the tx from doing this "high dreck" conversion -
