How to synchronize and reverse servos on split elevator

I am doing a Dnya Flight Fly Baby it has split elevators. This is new to me. I'm using Hitec HS-605BB servos and a Futaba 4 chanel radio. I can't get them to match up perfectly and it worries me. I would like to keep it as simple and low cost as possible. I have 5 servos and none of them center exactly in the same spot. Any ideas or suggestions.
Thanks
Bruce

Well it's well known that the 605 servos have problems centering so if your that concerned you might start with better servos. Other than that it's mostly a matter of using the same servos, servo arms, control horns, etc... then just matching them at center.

You havent given yourself much room for improvement. Any idea will cost you money.
1 a good computer radio with end point adjustments and split elevator features
2. a JR matchbox, will let you set end points.
3. a couple of digital servos programmed correctly on a borrowed programmer

You might try a servo reversing Y-harness. I'm using one on my Razzle 3D plane. I think it was either from Cermark or from Expert electronics. This Y-harness that I'm using has an adjustment pot. to center the second servo. You can get nearly equal throws just by doing that. If you use a control horn that is basically a screw with an end fitting, then you can also adjust the distance from the hinge line to increase or decrease throws.
Hope this helps
