I run a small RC club (only minimalist 1/14th at the moment) at Madison Prep, the school I work at. Owner was happy to provide for us so far. Thing is we have a huge fresh concrete parking lot now at our new building that is empty on weekends. Would there be interest in a parking lot onroad 1/10 ep touring or so? Money would go to the school most likely but still. Could invest in boards/piping and proper lap counting prior, and we as a group would set up operate and maintain. Anyway, just trying to gauge interest before introducing the idea of expanding our club to the owner.
