We will be club racing this Sunday at SBROC. Last week we did
not have enough to race, so we practiced and then worked on the track
and changed the layout some. We added an option lane, Mickey Thompson
style (like the Silverstate usually has). Now our track has even more
passing lanes/options. It also has an S section now, and our first 180
turn. The option lane turned out awesome. Now you will have to think
and make a decision every lap on which way to go around the track.
They split off and go oposite ways. The new lane is faster from point
A to point B, but the lap times are the same because you rejoin the
track on a 180, so you loose speed through the whoops section. Come
check it out. This will be our 2nd club race ever, so don't worry
about not having much experience on the layout. Plus with the new
lane, it will be new to even the local club members.

We got another load of clay and redid the track Friday. The track now has an option lane, a better pit lane, and is 350sqft bigger.

Racing start at 11:00am this Sunday.

Happy Fathers Day.
