Nasty, he changed the set up from how u see it, he actually made his own chassis a few weeks after he built the car both of his tanks where up front too!

RE: twin gtp build
Just a few pointers.
Go single speed. 2 speed is going to be a headache and with the torque of 2 motors, its not needed. My buggy would get to 100 from a distance of about 250 feet.
You will need 2 tanks, regardless of what anyone tell you. When you start one motor, it pressurizes the tank and floods the other motor.
Go with a little thicker chassis than stock. The 2 motors will create a lot of torque and actually bend the chassis. Thats the problem I had at first.
Tuning - tune one motor at a time while the other is off. Once they are both tuned, and running together, lean them out a little more together.
Throttle servo - this is the tricky part and I cant explain it. I played with mines for about 8 hours straight before I got it right.
I was thinking of selling the rolling chassis of mines. If the offer is reasonable, I'll let it go. Complete minus motors and pipes. The chassis is 1/4" thick and already cut, drilled. The holes on the bottom are countersunk just like the stock chassis.
