Default Crashed my ntc3...at 57mph

Well guys, it finally happened. I crashed my nitro tc3...my pride and joy.

I was showing a friend of mine how fast my car could go. Was doing crazy high speed passes. We were planning on filming it, but I was still getting it tuned. It kept leaning on the top end.

Anyhoo, I bring the car about a block away. Peg the gas, car went screaming by, then I hit a very tiny bump in the road where they repaved it, and the car went flying. It cartwheeled for about 60 feet (no joke). Landed with the engine still running.

Surprisingly, I didn't brake much. Broke a titanium pivot ball, diff case, and one of my CVD's is worn down from rubbing on the differential thingie...lol

It's not a super big deal though, since I have all the parts already and I plan on selling the car. So i'll just fix her up, and let the new owner have some fun.

Sorry to see your car busted up. Looks like you could use a new body or two. Try looking up www.rcvigilantes.com
I bought ten extra 200mm street racer bodies from them at $12/body! They also have kick ass ultimate packages for cars and trucks that include LED bulbs, head and tail light bezels, adjustable aluminum wings, pre-cut decals and window masks, interior kits...whew I'm outta breath... all for only $30 buckaroos!!!

Check this Supra out. It has actual chrome head light bezels. You guys have to visit their website to check out the tail lights on this bad boy no joke!!

I'm sorry, but that Supra doesn't impress me.

Anyhoo, i'm in need of no body. I wasn't running the car with the body on at the time since I was still tuning. And beside, I have 3 bodies

btw, i'd appreciate it if you not spam my thread

It's a motorsaver airfilter meant for a .21 size engine (specifically the savage), since my novarossi's carb is the same size as a .21...anyhoo, mines overkill, but motorsaver makes filters for normal .12 and .15 engines that are smaller

Each to his own opinion my friend.

I replied to your message because I was told you know a lot about cars and that I was hoping to make a friend since I am new to this forum. I've recently purchased several new nitro cars, T-MAXX, Savage, the Associated Monster, and an HPI RTR Evo 3.

You guys are too hardcore sometimes.

Each to his own opinion my friend. First of all, I'm a newbie to this forum, and I am just trying to give heads up of great deals out there, so please don't accuse me of spamming your thread. I thought forums were all about helping one another out? When did it get to the point where someone gets lynched for giving info. on places to purchase?

You guys are too hardcore sometimes and need to chill out a bit when someone tries to give advice.

PS: I love the Supra because I have a 98 Supra pushing nearly 1000HP...does quarter mile in 8.17 seconds at 175mph. I am currently working on my latest project of putting twin turbos on my Lambo Diablo Roadster. Will post estimated HP and quarter times when finished.
First off, I define your first post as spam. You obviously have something to do with that company.

Anyhoo, I call capital "B" for Bull**** on your cars. Show me a video of a supra doing 8.17 in the 1/4. You'd be the most famous Supra owner ever! They suck in the 1/4...I think the best they can do is like mid 8's and that with an all out drag car with probably over $100k in R&D. Supras are more freeway monsters.

Now while you're B/S-ing with your 1000hp 8 second supra and your twin turbo lambo, i'll be cruising to Harvard in my Ferrari Enzo.

Seriously, don't kid yourself, we all know you're full of ****. AND STOP SPAMMING MY THREAD

anyways, back to the R/C cars. Sorry to see the crash! my best friend hit a light pole (cement base) at full speed. it completely destroyed the car. it cost him about $200 to replace all of the broken parts. i have never seen such total devastation to a NTC3.

anyways, hope to see yours up and running soon!

Novarossi NS12S3
Lynx 3D Radio System
Golden Horizon 7075 Chassis
AE Carbon Fiber Radio Tray
Light Weight 2 speed housing
Light Weight one-way hub
Light Weight Clutch Bell
Front Blade Sway Bar
Rear Sway Bar
Aluminum Shock Cap
Titanium Pivot Balls all around
Venom Speed Meter

But i'm gonna get selling it to buy the new Factory Team Kit when it comes out. Only things i'm keeping is the light Weight one-way hub, titanium pivot ball and the carbon fiber radio tray. And of course the engine and radio gear.

That is precisely why I just swapped my RB Concept equipped Yokomo GT4 for a XTM Mammoth Monster Truck.

On-road cars are just too damn fast for bashing on regular streets. [sm=wink.gif]

I've still got my TC3 RTR for onroad, at least all the LHS in my area have parts for it, unlike the GT4.

Updated rear suspension, and from the looks of it, a slightly updated two speed. And some aluminum screws and a different chassis.
