Failsafe Question
I want to get a failsafe and was looking at Tower Hobbies at the Futaba failsafe but it says it won't work with alkalines or NIMH rechargeable batteries? Does it really make a difference on the batteries very much. I want to buy some rechargeable batteries from Walmart or Target but all they have now are NIMH one's. Any other failsafe recommendations that are cheap. Thanks all.

RE: Failsafe Question
Yeah I know the failsafe is plugged into the receiver, but it is also there to activate if my batteries get to low. Therefore if I'm using batteries they don't recommend I don't want it not turning on or turning on after only a couple runs on fresh batteries. Thanks for the help.

RE: Failsafe Question
Different battery technologies have different discharge characteristics, thus the disclaimer on the failsafe.
I use this one from Ofna with NiMH cells with good results
