Job done. I try the desert runner to see how protactive is from getting small gravel inside.

Yes I know it gets more faster accelaration I have also the 2 speed box.

Ok so the dessert runner done the job 40 mins run and the inner still clean.

Much more faster accelaration and better rpm.The original compagnucci gearbox is 3 speed. I will upload a photo. I made this box from serpent gears,clutch and made the shafts on a lathe.

The final modification to my agressive compagnucci with dynamite tuned pipe claimed approx 98km/h.

From e bay search for losi xxl-2 that is for .31 2 stroke engine that engine revs up to 30,000 rpm it only cost me 12€ with shipping.

Yes it makes the power band wider without any loss at the bottom end. Rev range improves a lot, I tried a lot of tuned pipe from other makes and didn't see improvement but this dynamite tuned pipe is like a booster.

The manifold is from Serpent I have it long time a go, with the tuned pipe dynamite there will be a manifold also but it's not good the shape

Yes it does, glad this thread still going, I'm thinking of making a stub manifold and hold manifold on with a spring like my 1/8 scale, thing is I have not got a lot of room down the side as I have narrowed my chassis so much

Hi, if you search on ebay to find this type of manifold from serpent all you have to do porting to the face of the manifold, put the gasket of compagnucci on it to mark it and grind off the metal.
