whats a good engine that has a pull start that has high RPMs, has good horsepower, reliable and holds a good tune?

the os 18's dont have high rpms, they just dont, you can argue about it but i own one and have asked os about it, the 18ss revs alot higher, its pretty durable, pull starts are a bit feable though, but nothing is as reliable and easy to tune as an os engine, i love my 18 cvr

you can never go wrong with a o.s. what engine size do you want? .12, .18?
