The maximum speed I think will be not big. There is no desire to disperse model to a maximum what it casually hasn't had an accident. In general model I assemble more for appearance than for driving. I do not know as at in your contry but at Moscow and in Russia as a whole we don't do exhibitions where it is possible to show it. So the model will be seen only by friends and casual passers-by in the street.
I can not pick up anything for head lights. There are two fixtures from a videocamera, but they aren't pleasant to me. It will be possible that I I will not use head lights at all.
