Cen CT4 S Touring Car
 

I saw one earlier today at my LHS and it looks awesome and hauls a**!

Now I am hooked on getting it.

Just wanted to know if there are any major warning/conflicts that I should watch out for. The manager of the LHS replaces the stock radio with a Futaba(don't know the model) because he said that the stock radio wasn't all that reliable.

Any replies would be appreciated.

Yeah that is a pretty fast car. I was just gonna tell you that CEN's stock radios suck though.

I guess you didn't read my post.

I said that the manager replaces the radio system with Futaba.

I've got a CEN ATX Buggy. I've got nothing but good things to say about it and CEN. I had problems with my radio and they mailed me new crystals the same day. Problem fixed, great service. Toy Haus carries parts, so that's not an issue + your LHS carries them? Sounds like a plan. That car looks sweet and SUPER FAST!

I would say that CEN's CT-4 RTR is the best onroad RTR kit in the market. For $359.99, i dont think anybody else has an RTR car that goes 70+ MPH right out of the box. I bought mine about 3 months ago and never had a problem with it.

What engine does that have? I have a cen .16 and it's O.K. but no great shakes...I think I read about a new engine they were comming out with? I thought about getting a Cen CT-4R but I got a deal on a Schumacher Fusion .21...That baby will toast just about anything (1/10 T.C. wise that is) and got it for 425.00 new, which ain't too bad...We radared and clocked it at 73+ about a month ago, and still had some left...
