I have never had one but I would not buy it I would buy a fuel filter

No, this will not give you a consistent engine nor will a fuel filter. If your fuel tank has a built in fuel filter, there is no need for a second one.

In addition,
boost bottles: worthless.
Long or short fuel line theories to improve engine performance: bogus
turbos/superchargers: worthless
Nitrous Oxide injection systems: not worth it when you can do the same with more nitromethane in your fuel.

Hope this helps dispell some of the many urban legends that are accepted as fact by the rc car community.

I didnt say it did I said I would better get one(fuel filter) I know most of the new cars have a prebuilt one in the tank but I still use one just for the fuel it stores so if my car turns over the engine wont stall so easily also you can think of it as an extra protection.
This is the same as for longer fuel lines its just to get more fuel.
