Problem with n00b's engine

1 Attachment(s)
Hi again everyone, im seeking alittle advice.

I finally got my Smartech 1/10 onroad running and after my girlfriend drove it into a curb about 200metres away smashing the body shell i took cummins advice and bought a failsafe :) It works a treat, although not so much when the battery back came flying out, turns out they still go like mad without the battery to run the failsafe :P anyway thats all strapped in and the new shell is on its way.

My question though is after a few tanks of driving the screw (indicated in attached picture cos i dont know what its called) keeps working its way loose. until eventually it comes out, i know this is to do with the fuel mix for the engine, but should it be working its way out?

Any help for this n00b would be appreciated.

Many regards,
Sam

this is not anythign to do witht the fuel mixture, it looks as though the screw that is circled is the clutch bell housing scew. basically this holds the bearings in the bell housing which contains the clutch and keeps the bell housing on the crank shaft of the engine. so if you loose this bad things will happen, my suggestion is to put some locktight on it and put it back in just make sure you dont get any lock tight in the bearing right there or it will reduce the life of the bearing

all engine parts should get lock tight
