engine problem
 

hi,

i have kyosho GXR .15 engine. i was driving this afternoon. it was ok for first 2 tanks. then i let it cool the engine. then i start driving. i drove full speed and when it change to 2nd speed, engine start stalls and if i continue with full speed, engine dies. if i let it go when the engine stalls, then engine wont die.

does anybody know whats wrong?

hmmmmm my first thought would be carb settings......i remember i had the same issues with my car, and i believe it was the high speed needle valve......try to richen it up a lil bit...casue from what u were saying u might be running to lean on the top end and then the engine just dies.....my 2 cents;)

yeah i tried to play with that but no luck on that day.

weird, it is ok today. so im gonna try in the track later. thanks :)

Its a Kyosho.....what do you expect ;)

haha kinda. normally runs 45mph. depends on weather and ur tuning, it can go faster.

comes with fw-05t model and good for beginners. u will learn how to fix ur rc just in 2 weeks :)
