NEED HELP ON Tires

I have a Nitro 4 tec 1.5 and i put on the TRX3.3 and the increased the gearing for speed too but i can not keep a set of tires on the car they will just rip off i have blown a lest 4 sets and they dont wear the just explode i quessing they are expanding out to much and tearing so dose any one know for a good tire

What is a good foam tire that will run on asphalt?? Like a parking lot. I have the same problem with a, sorry to say, electric TC3 with a brushless set up.

In not track-racing, go for the hard foams around #40 shore. And using wider ones at the rear would be a good idea...

Belted tires work excellent on the road. Surface prep is crucial to the mounting process to prevent them from peeling off the wheel.

Surface prep:
Lightly sand the rim where the tire will contact with 120 grit. If it's a chrome wheel, sand off the chrome plating.

Scuff the tire where it contacts the rim with the sandpaper as well.

Wash the tires and wheels in warm soapy water.

Using rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab, wipe down the sanded surfaces. Do not touch the surfaces, or you will place oils from your skin on them, and glue will not stick.

Using a good CA glue gel from your LHS, bond the surfaces of the trie and rim 360 degrees around the bead. Make sure to get some glue in the lip of the wheel where it meets the tire sidewall. It's difficult, but try to prevent getting glue on the sidewall itself.

When finished, peel your fingers apart where you glued them together. Pull gently, or it will hurt.

Superchargd82, that is the correct way to put you tires on the rim. All I use is belted tires for roads and parking lots. Foams will shed little parts and pieces off and will unbalance the tire and will couse vibration to your car.
