Robo Surveillance Idea

Hey, Darkluke here. I'm kinda new to RCs all together, but i have an idea. Link multiple RCs to a compuuter and set it to keep surveillance in a certain area. Small, modified tanks with cameras will survey from the ground whlie Broncos survey from above with little to no piloting what so ever. You would set a specific path for a certain time so that it lands to recharge or refuel when it needs to. Another will take its palce as it lands. What do you guys think.:D

it's already happening. Though don't think for that particular use. There are large indoor blimps that rove an area, and take turns at their docking( repower) stations. All pre-programmed to do so. Think their used to monitor conditions inside a building. But good idea-if there was a use for that particular scenario some where..Military?..

Thanks for the info, i wasnt sure if there were systems that could do that. im more geared for remote airplanes like the OV-10 Bronco.[sm=71_71.gif]
