Quick Question: Tamiya CC01 Jeep
I'm finally finishing my YJ, but I see a problem. On the bottom sides of the Jeep body there are holes and a slot that make me believe that a part is missing, but the instructions don't mention this and I don't see anything on the part trees either. Can anyone look at this pic and tell me what goes here? Thanks!

RE: Quick Question: Tamiya CC01 Jeep
looks like a body mount to the chassis. Does it attach with the battery tray/compartment maybe? I have the pajero cc-01 and it attaches in the
front and back so I'm not completely familiar with the Jeep. I'm just thinking of the piece that clips into the tray and holds the battery in, there are
three bosses that go up into the top of the tray and the middle boss gets a body pin to hold it in.

Good guess, but no. The Jeep body attaches to the chassis at the front and rear, too. I thought that maybe the holes were for some sort of nerf bar or running board, but nothing like that came with the kit. [&o]

I have one as well.... I don't think they do anything. I would trim them off, but I just decaled the body and never painted it in case I want to sell it later.
