Making links is easy. You need some aluminium rod 6 to 8mm or 1/4 to 5/16 inch for you people. Some ball ends of your choice. I have had good use out of eureka ball ends. A 3 mm intermediate tap, cordless drill or bench drill is better, 2.5 mm drill bit, 3mm screws about 20 mm long or some 3 mm threaded rod, a hacksaw, vice, side cutters, file, and a bit of nouse....
Cut the rod to the desired length, drill 2.5mm hole in each end once they are square about 15mm deep. Tap each end of the rod with 3mm tap, cut the heads off the screws or cut up threaded rod to about 20mm long. Screw thread into links with a dab of loctite and fit thr ball ends to the exposed thread. And there you have it. Do the same for steering links and canti links aswell.....
