new chasiss, new shocks better tires wheels,1/4scale servo,servo mount on axle

That's pretty much the basics: custom chassis, oil shocks, locked diffs (for hardcore crawling), the stock wheels and tires are okay but can be improved upon, some high torque motors (Magnetic Mayhems and lathe motors are popular) and a good ESC (Super Rooster, EVX, or the new Novak Super Duty).

Just purchased one. I'll be making a crawler out of it.....but first gotta have a little fun with the out-of-the-box version!!!!!!

The out of the box Clodbuster is very very crude, and is one fiber washer away from being a Radioshack car.
