Losi 93mm
Traxxas 105mm
and the longest one on the stock car.
I am also using nitro rs4 mt dogbones (83mm)
and looking at getting the same tyres and wheels as you.
Also i have got some better oil filled shocks which need installing.
Whats your next step then?

New shocks, and possibly a new radio system. What is the length of your wheel base on it? Do you know if i could use the 112mm links in place of ALL of the stock ones, of would i have to get another shorter set for the 4 link set-up?

the wheel base is 340mm at the moment but i think it will be slightly longer. Dunno about all the links being 112mm as this is my first stretch. ordered the rest of the links i need so they will be here in a couple of days.

the links came today and have been installed. I didnt use the dominator esc in the end. Got a 21 turn in at the moment and it flies. Fairly happy with the carwling ability at the mo. just got toget bigger wheels and tyres. Do you think that putting 1/8 hexs on will work and 1/8 monster truck wheels and tyres?
how is yours going?

Yeah I'd say it could use some larger tires, the stockers look kinda funny with it all stretched out.
I havent got my TLT yet, I ordered it though
So what ESC are yall running in it? I saw something about peoples ESC's overheating, I was planning on running a stock or light mod in mine (20-27 turn) with this futaba ESC Ive got (I think its an MC230 or something like that) because its footprint is so small. Problem is, its only rated for down to a 20t motor, and overheates quite easily.
As for running 1/8 MT tires/wheels, you may be able to make them fit on, but I dont think youll be able to run it with them. T-maxx/savage tires are HUGE (In other words, very heavy!) compared to even 2.2 ST tires. You would most likely have many problems trying to run them.
Has anyone tried running 2.2 buggy rear tire/wheels on the TLT? I was thinking the dirthawgs would work pretty good for all around bashing/crawling if you trimmed out some of the treads.

I got to reinstall the second servo cause at the moment the turning circle is massive. It is alright at crawling overall, but this is my first proper carwler. I have also got to put on some new shocks. Then all i need are the tyres. Started looking at wheels and tyres from the HPI Nitro MT as these look pretty good. Has anyone used them and would they fit and do the job?
Amy other suggestions for the tires and wheels and anyone got any decent links for them?
At the moment i have a stock motor and it seems alright, got a m-troniks esc as i have had no problems with them in the past and they seem fine.

Hey check out this Crawling Video! There is only 1 Rig in it (Black w/Yellow Flames Clod) thats not a TLT running a Stampede Tranny in a Bulu Chassis[link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3037439/tm.htm]"TLT-Circus Vid"[/link] Most of these Trucks are between 12 & 13", running Masher 2000 2.2 tires, Traxxas Drivelines, Lathe Motors, Traxxas links(for 4-link suspension links) or Booty fabbed themselves a 40/60 link setup, Smaller Batterys like GP1100's or Mini-t packs, 3.5-4" shocks(no cantilevers). You don't have to have a BULU Chassis, but it is a Super Tough Chassis and Works Amazingly Well. You can cut off the Bottom of your Stock Chassis and it will be night and day difference.
Here is a pic of my Bulu Chassis TLT

Here is my old TLT With the Cut Chassis

Hope this helps.
