Is it possible to make pede into a quality crawler. Ive got one (possibly) on the way...and ive always wanted both a pede and a crawler. I love the pede and i think it would make an awesome crawler if possible. Thanks

I would say do a search. There are a few threads where people have turned Pede's into crawlers. Quite a few people have posted pics of them as well.
Hope that helps.

The only problem with converting a Pede to a crawler, would be the plastic shocks, and the unreasonably tight suspension right from the box. The other problem would be the fact that it's 2WD, and you would need to lock the diff to keep it from "Unloading" on those big rocks. If you really want to get serious, SwamiRC has a very complicated 4WD conversion kit to get you on your way. At TPR, we will also offer parts to help you along.

P.S. I almost forgot, when you get your Pede, make the tires a priority, the stock ones couldn't mold themselves to the edge of a brick. The stock rubber is simply too stiff to be crawling tires.

"IB Racin" made this one and brought it to the last Comp to compete in the TLT 2.2 Class. It did pretty well, like a "mini High Diff Clearance Clod Crawler"
