Hello all,
I am thinking about getting a TLT-1.
If I am not mistaken, I will need the following, in addition to the kit itself
- 540 motor
- speed control
- radio with receiver and 2 servos (for 4 wheel steering).
- regular 6 cell stick battery pack ( same as for emaxx )
- reverse Y harness ( to hook up the 2 servos)
Is that all I will need?
I am thinking about getting the following ( all prices are from Tower Hobbies)
- TLT-1 Max Climber ( $139.99 )
- Futaba 2 PH radio, with two S3003 servos ( $47.99) or the
Hitec Aggressor 2-Channel AM/2 HS-311 Servo ($49.99) -> are they OK? Which one is better?
- Tamiya R/C 540 Motor 58148 ( $16.19)
- DuraTrax IntelliSpeed Auto-Sport Forward/Reverse ESC ($34.99)
Are these parts recommended? If not, what would you suggest?
Is there a better place to buy ( they have to ship to Canada - not everybody does - for example Ultimate Hobbies does NOT...)?
Any advice would be welcome!
Thanks in advance...

I would probably go with a Futaba controller.. although i have never had a problem with my Hitec radio's.. they are both about equal.. its your choice...
