I'm making a micro crawler. I'm building it out of a tamiya four wheel drive unit and spare parts from other RC cars. It is suprisingly fast for its size and has a lot of torque. It has a weird suspension system though, almost like a torsion bar or leaf-spring. It can climb over my computer mouse with ease. All I need to do is figure out a way to steer it with a servo. What do you think? I'm open to suggestions. I know it looks like a toy and probably can't handle the big Clod sized rocks but I like scratch-building RC cars and don't have the money for a real crawler or monster truck.
