thats a good question... im not familiar with jugg axles.. so ... is the motor on the axle? if so then modding can make it work...

I'd say go custom, just whip up a four link setup for them and a chassis, Or just heavily mod the gecko chassis to except them, anything can work if you think about it long enough and like to build stuff.
