Default Tubes for tube chassis

i was wondering what kind of tubes are Im going to want to use when building my own tube chassis. what kind of tubes. How much of it will i need and also what should i use to connect the tubes solder, or some other thing

Most use 1/4 inch break line and silver solder to weld it together.

I'd say the most common is 1/8" solid rod and 3/16" or 1/4" brakeline.

You can use brakeline and braze it together or if you want to use solder, go with 1/8 or 3/16 inch brass tubing.

nothing against brake line but 3/16 or 1/4 brass tubing is lighter and has good strength its easy to solder and it looks scale.
