hi i was wondering what you need to make one, and how do you make one

Hi stampedekiller try this link it shows you the basic design,if you want a cheap winch go the toy store and buy one of those walking toys take it apart and the motor and gears that make it walk an be used as a winch.

i havent done much other than grind some welds down. i still cant find those damn axels! lol so i have been working on my 1/4 scale late.[&o]

When your crawler gets stuck, walk over to it and pick it up. Set it back down on level ground and resume play. See? No need for a winch

LOL Yea he has a point tho, i mean u gotta walk over and hook the thing around somethin anyways... but a winch would still be cool...

Here is another way, you need to change out the connector but everything else is compatible.
