kinda a newb Q
still somewhat of a newb here.
my dad used to have a RC plane like 10 years ago.
he has a 4 ch stick radio, and apparently my friend does too.
im using a 2ch AM that came with an RC18 right now for my AXIAL.
ive been looking into digs, and would prefer not to have to buy a new controller.
HOW would Bob determine weather or not either of these 4ch stick controllers would work, let alone be worth it?

if you use a stick radio, MAKE SURE It is a ground based unit if it uses chrystals or is a synty type radio. would really suck if you flipped on your radio, only to send someones rc plane/heli into the ground, or worse yet a crowd of people.
if you must use a stick air radio, get a 2.4Ghz setup like the Futaba 6EX FASST.
BUT a good 3/4 channel radio made for surface with a 3p 3rd channel would be your best bet. if you got to upgrade, i still recommend a 2.4Ghz like the Nomadio React or Futabe 3/4 PK
