WHAT IS THE BEST ROCK CRAWLER KIT OR RTR FOR $400.00 US

AND THAT IS ALL THE MONEY I HAVE

All I can say is look on ebay my friend, i've seen rtr crawlers go for around that price, just make sure it is or was a clod at one time, they are the best platform to start from:D
